After Submit your website to google adsense, Google adsense team review your website . If your website is not ready to show ads as per program policy , Google will send you email like below to resolve all the issue.

You need to fix some issues before your site is ready for AdSense

Here is tutorial how to resubmit website for review by google adsense team.

STEP 1 : Sign to Google Adsense . Click on overview under site menu in left panel

STEP 2 : Select your unapproved website from site list . Your also see Needs attention with your rejected website name.

You will see Your site is not ready to show ads

STEP 3 : Click on SHOW DETAILS  to see problems

After fixing problems 

STEP 4 : Click on check box I confirm i have fixed the policy violations on "website name"

STEP 5 : Click on Request Review below Check box.

 You will see below message after successful submit your website.
wait till Google adsense team review your website

You can embed your pdf document using Google Drive to Blogger Post. I explained full procedure with example in below my post. here is easiest way , Just follow these simple steps to embed a PDF file in blogger.

STEP 1 : Sign to Google Drive  , Click on New button to upload pdf file.

STEP 2 : Select file upload option from list.

STEP 3 : Browse and select your pdf file .

STEP 4 : click on ok button . see progress bar to uploading process.

STEP 5 : Once uploading completed Select your pdf file .and right click on it.

Click on Share option from list.

STEP 6 : Click on Anyone with the link can view arrow to drop down options.

STEP 7 : Click on More... link in Share with others options.

STEP 8 : Link sharing options will display. Select On-Public on the web by click checkbox. 

STEP 9: Now Click on Save button.

STEP 10: Click on Copy link button, this will copy your shareable pdf google drive link.

 

STEP 11: Login to blogger Account.

copy below code in blogger post html and Replace your google link with link with you just copied.

just replace   /view?usp=sharing  
with  /previewusp=drivesdk in your google drive link.
